Activity Program

The Department of Health and Human Performance offers a wide variety of activity classes available to all registered UT students. If you like to get outdoors there is climbing, mountain biking, pickle-ball, tennis, golf, disc golf, soccer, yoga, and more. If you love the water try our aquatic fitness, paddleboard yoga, and swimming classes. Traditional athletic skills for volleyball, basketball, racquetball, soccer, bowling, weight lifting, yoga, tai chi, aerobic dynamics, fitness dance and step aerobics await. All instructors are certified teaching specialists!
