Jenelle Young

Jenelle Young serves as Director of the Trailblazer Child and Youth Program (CYP) at Utah Tech University, where she leads the team providing student internships supporting Navy Child & Youth Programs worldwide. In addition to managing Utah Tech’s partnership with the United States Navy, she also teaches courses in volleyball, yoga for athletic performance, and strength training for women through the Department of Health & Human Performance.

Jenelle earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Utah and her master’s degree in Sports Education Leadership from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. With a career spanning teaching, coaching, and program leadership, she is passionate about developing strong, confident leaders in the classroom and beyond. She strives to help students and professionals alike lead with confidence, move with intention, and create positive impact wherever they serve.
