Stretch and Mobility Class

Two days a week the center offers a stretch and mobility class that is open to the community, and is lead by Jennifer Tholen.  Jennifer is an instructor in the Exercise Science degree program at UT, leading the Health Coaching certificate program track.  She also serves as the Director of the Trailblazer Center for Lifelong Health and Wellness  Fitness Outreach initiatives.
